What we do?

We create Insta worthy sleepover teepee, bell tent and picnic parties on The Wirral for any occasion. The set ups are delivered, styled and collected all from the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is contact us with your enquiry and date from any of our available contact details. We will then send you the link to our short and easy booking form and ask for 20% of your booking to secure your event. Thats it! You can now sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of.

We love party planning and you can feel safe in the knowledge that we'll go above and beyond to add the attention to detail that wows your guests!

Our main priority is the saftey of your precious little ones so all our equipment has been through the rigorous checks to comply with CE/UKCA laws.

We have full public liability insurance and hold a level 2 food saftey & hygiene certificate. All Covid procedures are also in place.

Price

DIY delivery (Full easy to follow style instructions included and all equipment comes fully assembled) is £35 per teepee per night.

Delivery, set up, take down & collect is £40 per teepee per night.

Balloon arches - £20 a metre

The fun doesn't have to stop at the children! As well as doing picnic set ups for children we also provide luxury adult picnic set ups from April-September for any special occasion. These fabulously styled picnic parties are perfect for hen dos, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, birthdays and christenings or even just an excuse to wine and dine with your friends in luxury. You can even choose to upgrade your set up with a beautifully decorated lace wigwam for that attention to detail no one will forget!

Our beautifully styled 4m bell tent is available April-September. It is perfect for any occasion from a family camp out through to baby showers. It sleeps 4 comfortably and 5 at a squeeze.

We hired two teepees for my daughters 7th birthday. As it was during lockdown we were struggling for ideas to make it enjoyable for her and these teepees did not disappoint. What an amazing idea! We hired the woodland theme for our son and daughter who were absolutely delighted when they saw it. Every little detail had been thought of, from the personalised name tags to the sweet cones and accessories in keeping with the theme. The picnic set up by Teepees in a pod for my surprise hen do was absolutely dreamy. It was unreal how gorgeous the set up was. Down to every little detail it was just so beautiful. So so special.
I’ve had teepees for my children a few times now, it’s always such an occasion. Again down to the smallest detail, Sian makes the children feel so special. There are no worries with covid as everything is super clean and she is professional at every step. Gorgeous!!
